RadOS support
For account help, connection problems, or feedback, contact Mei Carter at meiychin18@gmail.com.
RadOS is a learning pilot. Support is handled by email; there is no guaranteed response time or emergency support service.
Send the error, not sensitive information. Include what you tried, the page URL without query parameters, your browser/device, and the approximate time. Crop screenshots to remove personal details. Never include a password, verification code, access token, authorization link, or patient information.
Sign in or create an account
- Open your RadOS workspace.
- Choose Create an account, enter your email and a password of at least 12 characters, and confirm your email using the message you receive.
- Return to RadOS and sign in. Review your specialty carefully before confirming it: each account uses one specialty.
If the confirmation email does not arrive, check spam and verify the address you used. Contact support if you cannot sign in or need help with a password. Do not send us your password.
Connect or disconnect ChatGPT
If you have access to the RadOS app in ChatGPT, select its connect option, sign in to RadOS, and review the requested permissions before allowing the connection. Your website account and ChatGPT connection are separate; signing in to the website alone does not connect the app.
Open connection status to check or revoke access. If a connection has expired or been revoked, reconnect through ChatGPT. Disconnecting does not delete your saved learning or previous ChatGPT conversations.
If RadOS is not available to you in ChatGPT, contact support about current pilot access. The website remains available independently.
A save failed or content looks missing
- Confirm that you are signed in to the correct account and specialty.
- Use the workspace refresh control to check saved work.
- If a device-draft recovery message appears, review it before retrying or discarding. Avoid clearing browser site data while an unsaved draft is important to you.
- Check your personal library filters and Trash. Moving an item to Trash hides it from normal views and allows recovery; it does not permanently delete it.
- If the problem persists, send support the error text and the steps that led to it. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same action.
Data access, correction, or deletion
Email meiychin18@gmail.com with a subject such as “RadOS data request.” State whether you want a copy, a correction, deletion of particular items, or deletion of your account. Send from the account address if possible. We will verify the request and explain the scope and expected handling time.
There is no self-service account-deletion button. Trash, signing out, and disconnecting ChatGPT do not delete your account. See the privacy policy for retention details.
Report a content error or security concern
For an educational error, include the topic, a short description of the issue, and a source link when available. For a suspected security issue, email the same support address with the subject “RadOS security” and a description without credentials or another person's data.
RadOS is for study. It does not provide patient care or guarantee examination performance.
