Using RadOS
Terms of use
Effective October 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of the RadOS website and ChatGPT connection, operated by Mei Carter. By using RadOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Educational purpose
RadOS supports specialty study through saved materials, curriculum organization, practice, and review. It is not a clinical decision system, a medical service, or a substitute for qualified supervision. Do not use it to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about a patient.
Learning progress is not certification. AI responses and cited material can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Check the underlying sources and applicable guidance. RadOS does not guarantee examination results, clinical competence, or endorsement by an examination board, training program, or institution.
Your account and permitted use
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Use your own account; access does not authorize you to share another person's private learning data. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian's permission where required.
Use RadOS only for lawful educational purposes. Do not upload patient identifiers, protected health information, confidential medical records, stolen content, or material you lack permission to share. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another account, disrupt the service, or obtain restricted examination questions or answer keys.
Ownership and permission to use
Mei Carter and the applicable licensors retain their respective rights in RadOS software, branding, original content, and service materials. Access to the website, a pilot, or the ChatGPT connection does not transfer ownership of the platform or its source code. Subject to these terms, you may use the service and its provided materials for your personal educational study. Other uses require permission unless permitted by applicable law or an identified license.
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant RadOS a nonexclusive permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, maintain your account, and operate the service as described in the privacy policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content to RadOS.
Third-party articles, images, curricula, and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. A citation or PubMed link does not grant permission to reproduce an article or image. Only submit material you own, are licensed to use, or may otherwise lawfully share.
AI and connected services
Review proposed content and changes before approving saves. You are responsible for checking the educational suitability of saved material. ChatGPT and other providers have their own terms and policies. Connecting RadOS gives the permissions shown during authorization; you may revoke them on the connection page.
Pilot availability and changes
RadOS is being developed and evaluated. Features can vary by specialty and may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. No uninterrupted availability, preservation of every draft, or support response time is guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important original materials.
We may restrict or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect accounts, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using RadOS at any time and request account deletion through support.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RadOS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and updates
We may revise these terms and update the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate. Contact meiychin18@gmail.com for questions, permission requests, or a report of content that may infringe your rights.
